"PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO NO CHECKIN !"

Gostamos da localização do hotel.

Do péssimo atendimento no momento da nossa chegada, a recepção se encontrava vazia e esperamos 30 minutos para que um funcionário muito mal educado e rude chegasse com mal vontade para fazer o nosso checkin. Ao reclamarmos sobre não haver ninguém para recebermos, o funcionário chamado "ADRIAN" passou a debochar das nossas reclamações e foi muito grosseiro conosco, afirmando que ele não se importava com a nossa desaprovação do fato ocorrido e em nenhum momento se desculpou pela falha grave ! ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO !!!

The property was great, clean rooms, great location, close to entrance 1. Very helpful staff, restaurant very close. Nice breakfast included for us

"Very Nice and Confortable"

The hotel is very beautiful, with new installations and very clean! The staff is very kind and helpfull! The location is perfect to explore Plitvice Lakes Park and there is very good restaurant just beside te hotel
