Location is perfect, everything was clean. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Lack of air condition in rooms is a problem in summer, but besides that everything was perfect

The room wasn,t clean, and the blanket had unpleasant odor. In addition the receptor staff was very cold and unprofessional. Although I travel to Copenhagen frequently for work, I will never return to this hotel.

The property had great socialising areas. They have a variety of places to sit, great opens on the menu and a nice vibe overall. The staff were polite and helpful.

The bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable and the top bunk was a bit too close to the ceiling. All the people in the room appeared to have sinus issues due to dust in the room (there were no issues anywhere else but in the room). The bathroom in the room with all other travellers was a bit uncomfortable and awkward as you could hear everything people were doing in the toilet, which was disgusting.
