De afstand. De wandeling naar het centrum is veel langer dan in veel recensies aangegeven. Maar daar zijn oplossingen voor.

Location was good, easy access, had all amenities needed.

Beds were uncomfortable, washing machine flooded the apartment when we used it as it was broken and then they came in and fixed it which was great but didn’t take the rug away which was wet and smelly for our entire stay.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, which was convenient and well situated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet my expectations.

The room was absolutely filthy. There were hairs everywhere, from the pillows to the shower. The bed sheets and towels were stained and appeared dirty. We also found rubbish inside and behind the sofa bed that had clearly never been removed by housekeeping. In addition, the kitchen was damaged in several places and showed obvious signs of poor maintenance. When we reported these issues to the receptionist and showed her numerous photographs, she seemed unsure how to handle the situation and had to contact her manager. Unfortunately, as all nearby accommodations were fully booked, relocating was not an option. We, therefore, asked for a set of (supposedly) "clean" towels and bed sheets, which we had to put on the bed ourselves in order to sleep. The front desk manager explained that a full refund would not be possible because we had occupied the room for the night and, otherwise, the hotel could have sold it to another guest. I found this reasoning quite shocking. We only stayed because every other accommodation in the area was fully booked, leaving us with no realistic alternative. Moreover, suggesting that the room could have been given to another customer completely misses the point: the room was in an unacceptable condition and should not have been assigned to any guest in the first place. After long conversation, we agreed on a partial refund, which we have not received to date. Overall, for almost EUR 300 per night, this experience was completely unacceptable. I travel frequently for both business and leisure and have never encountered such poor cleanliness standards in my life. This was a truly nightmarish stay, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Location was great , kitchen is equipped with all cooking equipment and everything. الموقف ممتاز الصراحه ، تنفع شقق للعوائل لان المطبخ فيه كل احتياجات الطبخ بس يعيبها الضيق

The only downside was that my confirmed upgrade to a two-bedroom unit was not honored upon arrival, despite receiving a confirmation email three days before check-in.

Emplacement proche du centre ville. Vue sympathique. Quartier calme et sécurisant. Bon accueil. Équipement de l’appartement correct. Bonne literie. Appartement propre.

Absence de prise et absence de porte serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Had all the amenities we needed. Was a great base for the weekend. Great location to explore the city.

Given the heat over the weekend our apartment was quite warm - however there was a fan in the room upon our arrival.

Supermarkt is niet ver van de accommodatie. Ook redelijk dichtbij het centrum. vriendelijke personeel

Klei, en keukengerei zijn niet goed genoeg. Mijn ieder is dit appartement niet 4 sterren. Het viel mij een beetje tegen.
