"Disappointing service for a hotel of this category – No hot water and poor response"

The staff was polite at check-in, and we truly appreciated the gesture of being upgraded to a superior room.

Unfortunately, the room with the shower had absolutely no hot water. I reported it first thing in the morning, and by 7:40 PM nothing had been fixed. Later that evening, front desk assured me a technician was coming up immediately, but once again, absolutely no one showed up. I am deeply surprised that a hotel of this standing fails in something as fundamental as hot water, but even more disappointed by the nonexistent customer service. Handling these issues is where a high-end hotel should make a difference, but instead, we left for the airport with our stay leaving a great deal to be desired.

We had a great stay at NH Collection Budapest City Center. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable, and the location is excellent, right in the city center with easy access to everything. The breakfast was amazing, and we especially want to thank Bomce and Judit for their kindness and excellent service every morning. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again!
