ロケーション、室内の様子はとても良かったです。

スーツケースと一緒に手提げ袋を預けたのですが、預けた時はスーツケースの上に置いてお願いした。引き取りの時。他社のスーツケースとの間にかけられ、中に入っていた荷物、人に渡すためのお菓子が潰れてひどい状況になってしまった。謝罪は申し訳ありませんでした、と無表情での決まりきった言葉のみ。預ける時に言わない自分が一番悪いのだが、気持ちのこもってない言葉の謝罪が、さらに不愉快に感じた。
