Bed were comfortable with good shower for our short stay in Albany. Arrived after office hours but staff made sure we were on the way and arranged for keys to be put in locked box for our collection on arrival.

Stairs to get up to the room, while fine for us some may find them a challenge with luggage.

Easy to find. Nice facilities at your disposal. Nice size rooms

Can be noisy. Needs a refresh update in the rooms, furniture is a bit chipped. Front door is jammed and have to push hard to open. Wasn’t dusted properly. TVs need to be updated to include Netflix.

Spacious and very clean. Close to shops and beautiful beaches and other attractions. Even though we only stayed one night, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The tv was a great size and having a table was handy.

There was a loud noise when the heater was on. Also I think the bathroom fan needs to be cleaned as it didnt doo much in terms of clearing steam from the bathroom. I got the cleaners to freshen up my room one day and they didnt really clean the bathroom or anything. They could have done a better job with tidying it up.
