The breakfast was very good, good spread. Staff at breakfast and room service is good. Staff at reception is not so attentive and seems very busy and forgetting lot of things. I asked for double bed, got single bed. They promised to change but could not change in 4 days. I wanted to extend they kept me on hold till last night.

Reception staff is very arrogant and does not understand customer. they follow JUST RULES!!! all the time, thats the answer they will give.

J’avais réservé une chambre Silk en payant plus pour avoir de l’espace et un lit king size pour dormir sereinement avec mes deux filles. Je découvre qu’il s’agissait une chambre cinammon (moins cher) avec deux lits queen size. En discutant à l’accueil ils m’ont dit que l’hôtel était complet et que la seule chambre restante avec un lit King size était beaucoup plus petite en surface ce qui n’est pas acceptable car aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé du fait que je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’ai réservé. La solution proposée était de mettre les deux lits ensemble, qu’ils ont pu mettre seulement en décalé. Donc je suis déçue.

It was very old and dated… there was a smell in the corridors, the room smelled as well. Both the rooms opposite my room had construction going on and was extremely noisy. The door was half opened, and just felt really uncomfortable at night. Staff were all really good and polite, so plus points to the staff. But the hotel needs a major uplift. It was so disappointing that I cancelled my booking for Greenpark in Hyderabad and booked Marigold instead.
