Super Matratze, super Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig im Haus. Angenehmer Frühstücksraum.

Waschbecken im Einzelzimmer extrem klein.

"Zentral und preiswert"

Wir haben nur eine Nacht ohne Frühstück im Hotel verbracht, da die DB mal wieder nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war klein, sauber und günstig. Es waren sogar zwei HVV Tickets für drei Tage inklusive. Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Für uns super.

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit Charme.

Very bad attitude from the receptionists after a prepayment booking and making me pay the city tax, they wouldn’t let me take my bike to my room! Even though I informed them before arriving that I’m doing Ironman Hamburg and still they were so stubborn and rude which made me cancel my booking, pay for one night and take my stuff to a better hotel where they know how to treat their customers.. worst hotel ever

"Handy location but neighbourhood not the best."

Handy location close to the station. Hotel is composed of two hotels merged together so the layout is affected. Toilet flush in our first room was broken so staff kindly changed our room for another. But then put someone else in the room.!

Location is quite seedy and not the best at night time.
