"Erfüllt absolut nicht den Anspruch. Fragwürdige Einstellung des Teams an der Rezeption und miese Küche."

Ich habe das Hotel 14 Tage vor unserer Anreise gebeten zwei Tische für das Abendessen zu reservieren. Erst kam überhaupt keine Antwort, dann auf Nachfrage wurde ein Tisch im eigenen Haus reserviert. Wieder kein Feedback zum zweiten Abend. Bei der Anreise dann große Entschuldigung mit „wir kümmern uns sofort darum“. Daraufhin wieder Funkstille. Der verantwortlichen Mitarbeierin an der Rezeption war das alles reichlich egal. So einen miesen Service hätte ich von einem Harisch Hotel nie erwartet! Das Abendessen im Hotel war von schlechter Qualität und wir haben die lauwarme Schuhsohle (Rip Eye) und das Rösti aus uraltem Fett zurück gehen lassen. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich mit „ja, in der Küche arbeiten lauter neue Leute, da ist ein ziemliches Chaos“ - na dankeschön bei 600 EUR für das schlechte Essen. Die Zimmer sind total überheizt ohne Möglichkeit das zu regulieren. Mein letztes Mal im Schwarzen Adler. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Schöner Empfangsbereich, tolle Lounge / Bar , super Restaurant, großer SPA Bereich und Fitnessraum, alles modern und schick, schönes großes Zimmer ! Super lieber Herr, welcher sich um das Gepäck / Auto kümmert ( groß mit kleinem Akzent) !! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kein Wasserkocher/ Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Personal im Frühstücksbereich teilweise etwas langsam / unaufmerksam oder sprechen/ verstehen nur englisch.
