Café da amanhã excelente. Chuveiro forte e não demorava de esquentar. Quarto grande com frigobar e cofre.

A localização no Centro, o hotel ficava bem deserto durante a noite.

A equipe toda foi bastante cordial e atenciosa. O serviço de limpeza bem feito. O café da manhã era muito bem servido, atendeu às expectativas. A cama era maravilhosamente confortável.

A televisão do quarto estava com problemas, mas deu para usar. Talvez seja caso de rever a parte tecnológica.

Gostamos muito da localização,restaurante do hotel excelente, limpeza.

Tivemos um situação chata coma porta de correr do hotel ela soltou quando puxamos, conseguimos encaixar nos trilhos ficou uma situação desagradável. E o chuveiro também deixou um pouco a desejar. E no frigobar ficaram 3 águas sendo 1 com gás e duas normais, no primeiro dia pegamos elas do frigobar e os demais compramos fora, na hora do check-out nos cobraram por 4 explicamos e ajustaram o valor certinho, mas faltou um pouco de atenção nessa questão pois nao houve reposição das mesmas no quarto.

Localização boa para quem tem compromissos no centro da cidade. Restaurante próprio, o que oferece comodidade e economia de tempo. Quarto grande, com espaço suficiente para acomodar bagagem, contando ainda com uma pequena mesa de trabalho.

Conforto da cama deixou a desejar. Banheiro com falha no escoamento dos ralos (pia e chuveiro). Difícil regulagem da temperatura do chuveiro. Ar condicionado barulhento.
