Great location, stunning views. 3 pools and plenty of sun loungers. Food was varied and of a good quality, dining staff very friendly and attentive. Standard room was fine (we only stayed for 4 nights).

There was only 1 pool bar open and often just 1 member of staff serving so frequent queues for drinks.

Clean, well organized and functional. Buffet was ok : some days better than others despite good variety.

The coffee machine at main restaurant is only available during breakfast. For coffee post lunch/dinner you need to go to pool bar , minor inconvenience.

Śniadania dobre, duży wybór, ale codziennie to samo, monotonia wyżywieniowa. Po za tym długi okres oczekiwania na zameldowanie. Byliśmy drudzy w kolejce, trzy osoby na recepcji, a trwało to ponad 40 minut, trochę słabo.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We really liked the food and drinks, which were available at all times, and we felt that the price–quality ratio was fair. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the manager, who refused to give us a room, claiming there were no available rooms, which created an unpleasant situation. On the positive side, the activities were fun and entertaining, and they added value to our experience.

Unfortunately, all the positive aspects were completely overshadowed by the unacceptable level of cleanliness in the room. The bed linens were extremely worn out and poorly washed, the walls were dirty and stained, and some windows were damaged. The towels consistently had a terrible smell, the toilet was dirty from the first day, and the shower was in very poor condition. The ventilation was clogged with dust, and there were thick layers of dust everywhere, as proper cleaning was clearly not being done in the rooms. The room appeared to be only superficially cleaned, just swept and mopped, and even the mop water had a very unpleasant odor. There was visible dirt on the sofa, all the walls were stained and scratched, the doors were dirty, and the interior entrance door could not be properly closed. Additionally, the curtains were torn and dirty. This situation made our stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. P.S. Insects on the walls and spider webs were present in the room. Unfortunately, we are limited to uploading only 4 photos, which is far from enough to show the reality.
