"Habitaciones sencillas, hay mejores hoteles al mismo precio"

La ubicación es mala, está escondido. Las habitaciones son sencillas comparadas con otros hoteles de la zona del mismo precio. Lo que me molestó es que el último día movieron mis cosas sin mi autorización. Yo les había indicado un día antes, y ese mismo día que haría un late check-out y no me dijeron nada. Sin embargo, ese día me escribieron a las 10 am indicándome que iban a mover mis cosas pues lo tenían reservado. Yo estaba ocupado y recién leí los mensajes al mediodía al responderles que no quería que muevan mis cosas, solo me indicaron que ya me habían cambiado de habitación.
