La posicion del hotel es perfecta cerca del centro historico de Cartagena.El personal es fantastico, Manuel ha sido muy amable y cordial . Luisa ha sido un gran soporte para la gestion de nuestro tour familiar a las islas del Rosario , nos ha brindado consejos sobre restaurantes de gran calidad y ha mostrado una gran disposicion a la hora de resolver cualquier duda o problema durante nuestra estadia. La coordialidad de todo el staff es la mejor que he encontrado por el mundo, disponibles y muy calidos.

Nos gustó la vista hacia el parque, vista a la ciudad, nos encantó la ubicación, nos gustó que contaban con caja fuerte, asensor y lavandería.

El colchón de la cama un poco duro, al llegar al hotel había un poco de mal olor en el baño.
