"Overall was good, however due to a couple of little issues it wasn’t great"

The bedroom was very nice and comfortable, great pool, good breakfast and we liked the shop. I appreciated the flexibility of the late check out when i was moving rooms.

No towels in the pool area. No room service throughout our stay which was annoying as i wanted to use this service with my young daughter who didn’t want to eat in the restaurant. I put a deposit of 200 on my room at check-in to make payments easier, however, i was asked to pay for things in advance like the breakfast and late check out which seemed completely pointless leaving the deposit in the first place.
