De kamer is perfect , mooi ruim en de badkamer idem .

Ik heb via jullie site booking extra betaald voor de sauna en stoombad, dit was in totaal 40 euro. Het blijkt echter op de locatie gratis te zijn en vrij toegankelijk voor iedereen. Dit voelt als betaald voor niets .

De bedden

We hadden een soort junk feest een kamer naast ons, na 4x bellen en 3 uur later werden ze pas weggestuurd om 2 uur in de nacht. Hele avond harde muziek, sigaretten lucht en lachgas geluiden. Nachtrust weg. Vervolgens wordt je in de ochtend wakker gemaakt door een brand alarm en durven ze je nog te bellen met '' over 5 min moet je eruit'' wat denken jullie wel niet mafkezen, na zo een nacht en nog zeuren over uitcheck tijden. Als het kon had ik echt een restitutie willen aanvragen voor deze avond.

Heerlijke grote kamer met goede bedden. Comfortabele badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Het restaurant is altijd groot en druk, toch presteren ze het om je eten goed en snel te bereiden. Personeel in het restaurant is scherp en oplettend en erg vriendelijk.

Deze keer vond ik het personeel, bij de Front Office niet zo aangenaam en vriendelijk als wat ik gewend ben bij een van der Valk hotel. Het kan een incident zijn geweest of gewoon “a bad mood day” van de medewerker. Voor mij geen reden om dit hotel een slechte beoordeling te geven.
