老闆非常熱情，住宿時有任何問題都可以請教，也會介紹這座城市推薦的餐廳及觀光地方。大廳也有熱茶和咖啡可以免費享用。房間環境、清潔佳，可惜沒有小冰箱。早餐在德國來說CP 值算高，而且很好吃。如果有幸再來這邊會選擇再次入住!

電梯有些舊，不過不影響整體入住體驗。

Location - easily accessed from airport via bus, and on tram/bus route to Dusseldorf University which suited my work obligations, plus within walking distance of Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof. Bathroom wonderful - excellent shower, easily turned on and off and heat and pressure great, plus towels good. Cleanliness excellent. Also - full-length mirror in room and at end of short corridor. This hotel is not one comprising endless corridors with numerous doors off; rather, it is built so that there are smaller sections with several rooms - about 4-5, with good staircase if one wants the exercise - and a well-functioning lift. The staff were wonderful - I practised my German every morning and evening upon return ... and the staff were understanding and encouraging, so that upon my return home I was able to e-mail a German friend entirely in German - a not uncomplicated message!

The nearby shopping centre is mainly foodstuffs, cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets but it is easy to take the tram to the Old City and a major shopping centre featuring clothes shops - most major high street fashion stores, plus luggage, with more restaurants and cafes ... Shower had combined soap/shampoo and no conditioner ... though I was able to purchase at nearby pharmacy. Oh - I also mislaid a pair of sunglasses which was disappointing!

Kahvaltı almadım pahalı idi.

Oda konsepti ve otelin genel havası eski, asansör bakımsız, oda kapısı tam kapanmıyor ve dolayısıyla kilitlenmiyordu bu yüzden odayı değiştirdim. Odamla diğer oda arasında kapı bağlantısı var ve bu ses geçişine müsaitlik sağlıyor.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast – genuinely one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Great value overall.

Parking is very tight – essentially a small courtyard for maybe 5 cars. Requires careful maneuvering to avoid scratching the car. Also costs an extra €15, which feels steep given the limited space and difficulty. Wi-Fi on the upper floors was weak.
