Very clean and central

The unit was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was close to the ocean, restaurants, street food, and attractions. It had a lovely little garden with chairs to sit outside. Mirja even provided even provided insect-repellant. There is also a kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, and coffee maker.

Close to everything. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Lovely, helpful host. Thought of everything. Very professional.

Strong hot water pressure. Bed is comfortable, linen is good quality material. Even my mom was impressed with the bathroom mat, wondering the brand used since it absorbed water quickly. Close to bakery that opens early at 7am. 15 minutes easy walk through the promenade from train station/airport bus stop.

Excellent location - on a quiet inner street in the old town, 2 minutes walk from the promenade restaurants and many small restaurants and bakeries in the old town. Easy access to the train/bus station and ferry terminal, although 15 min walk. The studio itself looks recently renovated, clean, with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom. It's nice that the hosts have provided filter coffe machine and a kettle, also coffee and tea. Easy accommodation self check in/out.

Wi-fi was week from time to time. Just to mention that the studio is great for a solo traveler but a bit small for 2.

Really good location right next to Riva and center. Quiet small street. Nice and cozy inner courtyard. You had there everything you need. Very nice host. This place exceeded all our excpetations. We were really happy and pleased.

This studio apartment is centrally located in the old town of Split just a few minutes walk from Diocletian’s Palace. The apartment is small but really well equipped with everything you need. I appreciated the little touches like kitchen roll in the kitchen, shampoo in the shower and a clothes airer to dry your stuff if you have been swimming. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong and hot, the aircon was very effective to quickly cool the room. There are lots of supermarkets within 5-10mins walk, including a decent sized Tommy and Konzum. It’s just a 10-15 walk from the port. Mirja (the owner) was really lovely and welcoming.

Unfortunately I did not sleep well as this is a ground floor apartment and there is some noise from the street at night. It’s a narrow cobbled street so there is no traffic, but people walking past talking and the occasional motorbike / scooter. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs.
