Sauberkeit, unter dem Bett dreckig, Toilette und Dusche nicht gründlich gereinigt, zahlreiche offene Bohrlöcher und Schäden sowie abgeplatzte Farbe an den Wänden im Zimmer. Alte, völlig durchgelegene Federkernmatratze auf dem Bett. Farbabrieb an den Wänden. Kein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.
