De appartementen liggen een steenworp van zee en Christina zorgde goed voor ons. Je kunt langs de zee naar het oude centrum van Chania wandelen.

De appartementen op de verdiepingen met zicht op zee zijn vast prachtig, maar wij hadden er een op de begane grond (nr. 10) met zicht op een rommelig straatje. We hadden daardoor wel een platje waarop we buiten konden zitten. De voorzieningen waren wat karig.

When you travel alone it is really nice to walk to the beach for a swim without any belongings. Left everything in the room, which is 50m from the sea. Wifi was stable compared to many other places. You can brew your own coffee/tea and cook if you like, although it wasn't induction. The room got cleaned, and I got new towels every other day. AC was silent and not in direct line with the bed. I checked in after the reception closed, but I got a mail with instructions, and the owner responded to a phone call / email.

Nothing particular. Maybe a little close to the neighbors on the balcony, but it wasn't a problem for me. I guess that is the price to keep the sea view.

L'appartement est bjen situé (proche de la plage, supermarchés, restaurants). Il faut compter 20 mn à pied pour être au cœur de la vieille ville. Le logement est confortable (très bonne literie, bons canapés et conforme aux photos. La boite à clé est très pratique. Le salon est grand et de nombreux rangements. Le balcon à une jolie vue de côté sur la mer. La personne à l'accueil très agréable et serviable.

Une seule climatisation pour tout l'appartement est insuffisante. Les fenêtres côté balcon ne sont pas isolées (la fenêtre de la cuisine a même un jour important laissant passer la chaleur et le bruit).. Nous avons subi 2 jours de travaux avec marteaux piqueurs, scies, coups de marteaux. Un établissement en bas de l'immeuble et contre le mur est en construction. Ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire qui en subit les conséquences mais c'est quand même important de le savoir. La salle de bain est toute petite. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste. Le balcon a un point faible : le vis à vis gênant avec juste une séparation vitrée transparent et on entend facilement les conversations (même la porte fermée). Il y a en théorie 2 places de stationnement très étroites mais publiques en bas de l'immeuble. On peut se garer dans la rue adjacente mais attention aux panneaux (semaines paires ou impaires).

Vlakbij het strand en restaurants Half uur lopen naar t centrum Auto in de straat kunnen parkeren.

Geen parasol op balkon ivm zon eind vd middag.
