Excellent condition, fantastic staff, super friendly and helpful, excellent location, close to the beach, 30 seconds walk… short leisurely walk to the old town, highly recommended.. Rania and her team, thank you so much for making our last minute trip absolutely incredibly memorable

Location, facilities,

Excellent service overall: room, amenities, staff, owner – nothing to complain about. Room, incl. kitchenette and bathroom, equipped with everything needed. Impeccable cleanliness, which is one of the main reasons we come back. Decent wi-fi, we didn’t go to stay inside and overuse it. Just a few steps away from the beach, very close to a number of shops (mini/supermarkets) and restaurants, and close (within walking distance) to the bus station as well as the old town.

Nothing to complain about

Proximity to the beach and shops. Were able to have a late checkin as we drove from Heraklion. Couldn't start hire car when leaving and Christina was lovely, she explained the situation to 2 Greek men and they were very helpful and got it started.

Had trouble finding in the dark but no-one's fault.

We had a great stay at this apartment during our vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment was very clean, modern, and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare our meals. Our host Rania was very friendly and extremely responsive, provided us with exceptional intro and helped us with taxi arrangements. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I'd stay here again if I’m back in the area.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, which made it difficult to work remotely. Pretty small bathroom and lack of socket there was a bit inconvenient.

The *location* was very best, particularly in relation to the price of the apartment: - At the beach you could rent umbrella+sunbeds (currently 2024 for 10-15Eur) - And you could even also use to the beach-bar of the neighboring hotel "Christina Beach" and buy drinks&food at the beach - Also 2 supermarkets in 5min walking distance

Sometimes at night very noisy neighbours at a very large family-appartment in the near (4-8 people at the balcony until 1am...)

Rania was an excellent host, with great communication throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean with a modern contemporary feel. Great location for the beach and local restaurants. Chania old town was a 15-20 minute walk, and well worth a visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing

Wonderful location. Very close to the beach and a short walk to the old town. There are stores, cafes, bakeries, etc. within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Our room had a lovely shaded balcony with a view of the ocean, where we were able to have breakfast every morning, and dry our beach towels, etc. The room is cleaned every day and the sheets and towels are changed, which is very helpful at the beach, with sand getting in everywhere. Rania is a wonderful host, very attentive and kind.

Despite being located on a small side street, it was pretty noisy, especially first thing in the morning. The kitchen and bathroom windows are not shaded, which fills the room with bright sunlight at dawn. We used towels and blankets to cover the windows, if we wanted to sleep in. We had a car, and the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. There are a couple of spots on the street in front of the hotel, but if they are occupied, you must find your own parking on the main street.
