因為想和家人住在鄰間，將我們都升等4人房，房間很大很棒。

附贈的玫瑰咖啡廳午餐，送餐順序太慢，吃完主餐很久才收到小菜，水果沙拉，最後等太久點心就放棄了。

設備很多，景觀很美，入房時的服務人員包括櫃檯人員，搬運行李人員，都快速且有笑容的為我們服務。

在平台上訂購的行程是有提供隔天的午餐，結果發現一堆客人退房後都湧入餐廳，結果等一個餐要一個小時，送來的餐點也是冷的，而且餐點也不怎麼好吃，麵條的心是硬的。水果果凍沒味。 去三溫暖室，它一次只能50分鐘，要先預約，本想第二天一早起來再去蒸烤箱結果它下午一點才開始，那時我們早就退房離開了！根本用不到。
