房間設備老舊，浴廁溫泉開關極難轉且不太通風，晚上洗澡至早上醒來整間浴廁地板都還是非常的濕。

房間大、有陽台。環境不錯、泳池這次沒體驗到，不過看起來不錯。地點也不錯。 溫泉是無味的，泡起來滑滑的。（房間內的浴缸為溫泉水）

水龍頭很難開、泡湯預約規則沒有講清楚。湯池很小，因此有人數限制，建議在預約備註裡加上。 要預約時才被告知人數已滿（大概10人內），很容易預約不到。 訂餐網頁未顯示提供的午餐內容，去電詢問櫃檯服務人員亦不知道且Check in 時忘了給餐卷。 11點開放用餐，準時11點到等了45分鐘，等餐時間過長，有點浪費時間。份量不多，午餐整體普普。
