Bedden waren goed, locatie is goed

Gehorig, s nachts geschuif van stoelen op andere kamers. Spa faciliteit, reservering massage niet mogelijk. S avonds van buffet gegeten, was de 25 euro pp niet waard: zeer beperkte keus en het was lauw. Wijn bij het eten moesten we om vragen, de fles moest gezocht worden en werd ontkurkt bij tafel gebracht en alleen toen kregen we ook een glas water. En dat bij vier sterren! Ook het ontbijt was mager, pannekoekjes koud. Niet sfeervol restaurant, koud, ongezellig, matige verlichting, bijna een kantine gelijk.

The room was spacious and clean. Alexander at reception was very helpful and really helped to ensure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillow options. Parking was off the road and the beach is only a short walk away (100m).

The restaurant a la carte menu was very limited. There was a buffet option that was being promoted and it was ok - but the meat options were cold.

Hot tub on the terrace is very loud and it acted weird (pump turned on randomly every couple hours for a minute, including during the night - hopefully can be easily fixed. Very thin walls (top floor), I could hear people in the room next door cough, talk, snore and even simply breathe. Not sure if there’s a la carte restaurant on site - I was offered a simple buffet dinner (food was OK), there’s a bar but every time I passed by it was empty. Water bottles were not replaced during cleaning (would expect it for the suite price, but only got two welcome bottles). No lift to top floor (was not a big deal for me, but could be for someone with heavy luggage).

This has been the best experience we had while travelling around Greece. The hotel, the room and the facilities in general were above our expectations. The staff, especially Despoina at the reception, were very friendly and communicative. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of options for every choice vegetarian or otherwise.
