Bathroom sink was too small to wash drink ware.

The rooms were kept nice and clean. There was no elevators to get to the 2nd floor. It wasn't an issue for us but if you have issues with stairs I recommend asking for a 1st floor room. The staff was friendly and was in walking distance of a couple great places to eat!

Not good experience, in the kitchen and bathroom the electricity did not working and the last day the cable tv was disconnected.

No breakfast was offered. This is a motel that is steps away from a boat dock. No parking for any type of trailers is available. It's quiet. There are very few people, if any. No KIDS!!! No loud music. No excitement, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It's easy to find if you're driving or are using a rental car. Parking was adequate and wasn't an issue for me. This place was clean. VERY clean! The pool was very clean, but very small and only 5 feet deep. The pool and the pool/party deck are located right on the marina dock. You can rent motorboats, and they will deliver the boat to the dock for your convenience. Jet skis can also be rented from the boat place at the marina. There is a golf course just south of Naples that has $65 green fee... That's very reasonable and it's very close by. There is a gun club also very close by that offers shotgun trap and skeet shooting, 10/50/100 yard pistol and rifle ranges at a very affordable membership fee. There is also a golf club driving range not far and a Top Golf near Fort Meyers. This motel is also very close to some incredible restaurants, within walking distance, in case you don't want to drive anywhere. There's a great little breakfast place, several pubs, and tons of places to dine. The motel room was very clean and well-kept. The bed was nice and soft, and the pillows were very soft and nice. The staff was excellent!

This was such a surprise to find! Excellent location within walking distance of The Snook Inn and other dining options! Room was clean and owner was very personable and friendly!

Liked everything about the Boat House, it was very clean, lovely big comfortable bed, loads of towels, coffee maker, wonderful deck that you could fish from, a small but perfect pool and a totally relaxed atmosphere… we will be back, we will recommend !!!!

Lovely spot! Bed was super comfortable and shower was excellent (water pressure)! :)

Our ceiling fan was not working great and that made it a bit challenging to really cool the room where we wanted it. We only stayed one night or we would have asked them to fix it.
