Nella colazione c'erano pure del insetti nell cibo quando lo abbiamo fatto presente il cameriere sbuffando ha tolto tutto e ci ha lasciato senza colazione . Il aire acondicionado inesistente Pulizia insistente Personale maleducato Quando ho fatto presente al direttore mi ha detto "faccia le lamentele su internet che quello ci porta più clientela " HOTEL DA INCUBO

Das Personal war stets wirklich sehr freundlich und allseits hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Ich konnte es zum Teil kaum essen. Das Hotel ist sehr alt. Es sollte renoviert werden!

La posizione è buona, ma consiglio di cambiare il personale alla reception

Personale alla reception altamente incompetente maleducato e scortese, ho chiamato l’albergo e la signora che ha risposto mi ha riattaccato, senza darmi la possibilità di chiedere informazioni dopo che avevo già effettuato la prenotazione. Arrivata in albergo ha avuto anche il coraggio di dire di non essere stata scortese durante la chiamata e di non aver riattaccato.
