Das freundliche Personal im Frühstücksraum . Das Zimmer sehr groß. Die Lage und die Entfernung zu den Bushaltestellen

Das wir ein Zimmer bekommen haben wo ein Vorgänger GERAUCHT hat. Das roch man noch obwohl laut Auskunft das Zimmer 1 MONAT gesperrt war um es zu entlüften. Leider wurde es schlecht gereinigt da noch Asche in einer Ecke lag sowie ein kleiner Glassplitter am Teppichboden. Auch der Bitte um einen 2. Stuhl im Zimmer wurde NICHT nachgekommen obwohl das Zimmer groß genug ist. Mein Mann hat uns einen Hocker vom der Eingangshalle geholt. In jeden Doppelzimmer, Zimmer ( egal welcher Kategorien) stehen 2 Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung . Wir nächtigen gerne im Hilton Hotel ob in Wien oder Wr. Neustadt aber Tirol war leider etwas enttäuschend.
