"Short, efficient but not friendly"

Breakfast area is poor with wheelie bins coming in and out 🤔 Breakfast was good and good quality. Passes for breakfast quite unfriendly and should be done with a list of rooms having paid for breakfast. Staff could do with a friendliness course.
