"Would stay here again. Very satisfied!"

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We rented bikes at the hotel and the location was perfect to see the beaches. It’s quiet at night in a more residential area. The bathrooms are new and the rooms have a heating and cooling unit. Zero complaints.

Could be cheaper but Tel Aviv is an expensive area.

This is a modest but delightful hotel. It is in the heart of Tel Aviv but in a quiet street. I enjoyed having a studio with a little kitchenette (note it doesn't have a microwave). The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. A bonus is the coffee and tea available in the foyer. There are endless nearby cafes and there are buses only a couple of minutes' walk away.
