Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten

I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star. At a push its a 3 star. No air conditioning, very small room, no tea making facilities.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Within walking to old town and on door step of Mirabell Gardens and tour pick ups - overall a good position and within a walk from the rail station, car hire, etc. Hotels in this region are not equipped with aircon as don't usually need it - however it was hot and natural ventilation was all we had. Would have no problem staying again.

A lovely hotel. Easy walk to the old city. A fan or aircon would have been nice as it was a little warm at night. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We asked to be upgraded to an air conditioned room because it was July and hit upon our arrival. The woman kindly showed us both the standard no air room and the upgrade which was actually the attic room and very large. The only downside was to take a shower you had to sit in the tub because of the low ceiling. Overall a nice hotel but a bit too far to walk from old town saltzburg.

This is a good retreat from the perpetually busy scene in Salzburg

GreAt location and very helpful a good place to stay

Hotel Vierejahrezeiten is conveniently located within walking distance of the old city and other attractions. Our room was roomy, clean and nicely equipped. The staff was friendly, competent and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is in a great location. It is just up the street from the Mirabell Gardens and lots of shopping and restaurants. It is just across the river from the Old Town (with even more shopping). Breakfast is a little pricey and there are other choices nearby to get a less expensive breakfast. There is a local food market on Thursdays with every type of food you can imagine, Meats, vegetables, fruits, jarred items, etc. A really neat experience.

Had a queen size bed that was two twins together. There was not much room to move. The refrigerator was full of items that would cost us to buy. We wanted to purchase our own from a local store. It was very tight to take a shower.
