"Fantastic Location & Outstanding Staff – Great Value Stay"

The location is excellent – right in the centre and close to everything in Puerto del Carmen. The staff were genuinely fantastic, friendly, professional and always available to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We asked for extra pillows and they were provided straight away with no issue at all. The team really made the stay enjoyable. Even the resident door cat was a lovely little bonus! Overall, great service and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Having to pay extra for the room safe was a little disappointing, as many hotels include this as standard. The rooms are quite basic and slightly dated, although this is understandable given the age of the property and is reflected in the reasonable price. We also had to leave a deposit for the TV remote, which we haven’t experienced before in an apartment. Overall though, good value for money and a very pleasant stay.

Great location, good value. Friendly staff. Nice apartments, maybe an extra pillow or two would be nice. Overall excellent.

"Basic , good location"

Location was good, but half way up cardiac hill so not for the faint hearted, staff were nice

Apartment was very basic, alot cracks in bathroom tiles, not cleaned fully, was hairs on floors and shower, no soap available.
