Mina Hotel

The perfect location for everywhere in Aqaba. Such a beautiful place, everything you'd need in a Hotel, a pool, a restaurant and room service, TV and excellent bathroom. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The staff are so kind and willing to always give more than you ask for. They're polite and always ask if you need anything, they'd change the room everyday if you'd want and supply new toiletries each day. Big bed, good view, clean and not surrounded by tourists.

Good breakfast, the first day. The variety of food remains pretty much the same throughout our week stay. But still excellent :)

We like this place, food and service! Especially we like administrator! He is really good guy!

Great spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff, excellent water pressure. Pool was big and clean.

While water pressure was amazing, water temperature was not, it was barely lukewarm when turned to max. One evening we missed a room, and accidentally swiped keycard to room next to ours - to our surprise, it unlocked it. Afterwards we tried 1 more room, and we were able to open it too... So, we either got a master key, or something's fishy :) While hotel was full, breakfast choices were plentiful, once guest count reduced, so did the number of available dishes.

Location, cleanliness, was real value for money.

Some addition to the breakfast, or different eggs other than boiled ones would ne nice

The room was unfortunately not cleaned well upon check in, there was hair and dirt from others everywhere on the floor, the bedsheets had stains and multiple other hair and the mattress had bloody spots. The bathroom wall around the toilet was dirty, at the closest and the door were missing some parts. Curtains probably have never been cleaned. Housekeeping entered my room, even though I asked them not to (there was no sign or so available to hang at the door). I've stayed there a couple of days and none of the employees (except the security guard) ever greeted me, not even upon check in and check out, this includes the waiters for breakfast. The breakfast itself was carelessly prepared, some of the items had gone bad already and they only changed it when guests informed them about it, some cups and plates were dirty, as well as the tablecloths.

We loved that this hotel was so central to everything. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As they are a hotel- perhaps some variety for breakfast would have been nice. It was the same thing daily

1. The location / place to the restaurants - coast .. 2. Rooms are cleaned one

1.The food type is almost the same day after day ( it includes the remaining yesterday’s food ) 2.The cup’s smell was bad and not clean fair enough 3.The pool wasn’t cleaned frequently 4.Pool Bathroom needs to be more cleaned than it’s 5.There is no parking there , you need to park your car beside the hotel ( at the street ) 6.Fridge is too bad in freezing and refrigerating
