The staff was very friendly and polite. They allowed us to leave the 2 big suitcases at the reception after we have checked out because we had to wait for the rent a car to arrive. It was no problem. They welcomed us and made us feel good. The breakfast was also good and the Spa looked amazing.

There were no hangers for the towels in the toilet and it was not very convenient to put the towels to dry somewhere else. The shower cabin was pretty narrow and a bit slippery. The layout of the room was a bit weird and strange to have something like a high table middle of the room, close to your bed.

Lovely hotel, modern and bright. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. WiFi good. Staff friendly and helpful, including the guard dog. Lots to do around and places to eat. Spa in hotel but didn’t use.

Extremely nice staff, especially the girl who welcomed us. Good breakfast. Excellent location in the city's heart

The room is not 25 square meters, but around 17 square meters. The pool is not allowed for kids after 12:00
