Please note that you must present the booking confirmation voucher at check-in. Reservations must include your first and last name. According to Article 49 of Law 8.078/90, the client may withdraw this reservation at no cost, within 7 (seven) days from the acceptance of these conditions and effective booking date. Please contact the hotel if you have any doubts. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at a surcharge, depending on availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
