They posted charges on my account for five days that weren’t on my room, when I call she saying that normal! However they will refund me at a later time! Just to be clear my room was 100% paid for when I arrived!

"My go to hotel in Tulsa"

I have stayed at the hotel many times but I was pleasantly surprised to see it has been recently remodeled. I stayed in a lovely king bed suite on the 3rd floor and I loved it! Soooo comfortable! The front desk at check in last night was wonderful and the front desk lady at check out this morning was also wonderful. I’m in Tulsa twice a year and this is my go to hotel. Thanks for another nice stay and the upgrade! I’ll be back !!!!

"Bad deal"

Had been just on a couple of days vacation and was heading back to Oklahoma when we stayed here. It appeared to be a decent hotel. The room was OK, but we had problems with the toilet. It would not run or flush. The gentleman from the front desk came up, thought he had fixed it and after he left water flooded the bathroom floor. It was late and he gave us the option to change to a room. We just told him never mind that we would try to deal with it. The point was the very room that connected had a bathroom with the walk-in shower that I needed as I am handicapped, and it was never offered was very disappointing. The smell was bad and it just didn’t work out too well for us.

"Nice clean property"

We were happy with our stay. The bed was comfy, and the breakfast was very adequate. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were welcoming. The area surrounding felt safe, and we ordered an Uber to a local restaurant for food. There are plenty of hotels in Tulsa and this one for us fitted the bill

The closer we got to this place, the more we weren’t staying. With my background, I’m embarrassed I even booked this. We didn’t even bother to pull in the parking lot. We cut our losses and got out of there. The area is an unsafe.
