Comfy, great views, friendly staff.

Nothing bad about the property to note. Have stayed a few times and there have been issues in the room (bathtub, tv) but they are always resolved quickly.

Sorry I can’t say very much that was positive as I was hugely disappointed

I had high hopes for my stay but so many small details let the whole place down. Poor inexperienced staff at check in, locals seemed to take priority over staying guests for dinner reservations and small details and quality were poor. Laminated menus, cheap plastic jam containers, having to give way to staff in lifts cleaning the hotel. Rooms were limited for bathroom toiletries, no mini bar or water in the room

A very good looking property with lovely interior decor. Nice bedrooms although very noisy fridge and air con machines (although very effective air con). Lovely location on the waterfront and I expect very busy in the summer. Pool area was nice. Gym very well stocked with machines and weights/cross trainers/bikes/treadmills.

The staff are great. The view on the water is amazing

The garbage found on the floor under the desk in my room that was not mine. Or the hair I found on the towel I was going to use

I really liked the staff and food tasted great very fast service

This exceptional location boasts a stunning view, impeccable cleanliness, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a truly uplifting experience.

Our resort stay was wonderful, and we saw an opportunity for improvement - providing complimentary water bottles in the room would elevate the experience even further.

The location is excellent, nice pier and overlooking oceanfront.

Noisy at times during the night. Woke up several nights during the night. Heavy footsteps overhead.
