Excelente Hotel

The staff was very nice and kind and the breakfast was good

There were no toiletries, the TV didn't work appropriately, the room was not nice and the price was expensive

Very nice hotel, good value for price and good breakfast

The rooms were very spacious, with large windows that provided great views of the city. The bathroom was a little outdated, some of the fixtures were loose but otherwise clean and decently equipped. The restaurant upstairs was good, but service was a little slow, specially in the afternoon, they seemed to be understaffed, however the food was good and reasonably priced. Complementary breakfast was ok. The hotel is located right on a main road across from the city’s stadium there’s nothing remarkable within walking distance but there’s a metro station 10 minute walk away. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will probably book again on a future trip.

BED BUGS. Do not stay here. Terrible staff. At midnight my partner noticed one and we got up and the bed had many crawling and smeared blood on the sheets. I was bitten many times. We immediately went to the front desk and showed them the videos and photos of the bedbugs crawling in our bed and the two men working were rude, unapologetic, smirking, and didn’t care to help. We had to find another hotel at midnight which was stressful. Avoid this place, the staff handled it so poorly.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights in room 1007, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service provided to guests is poor, and neither the staff nor the management addresses complaints effectively. For example, I reported that the security lock on my room door was defective. Despite raising this issue, no action was taken, and I left the hotel with the problem unresolved. This lack of attention to guest safety is unacceptable. Additionally, the hallway leading to the room is very dimly lit, which creates an unsettling and insecure feeling. During breakfast, I requested a cappuccino, but the waiter refused to assist me, insisting that I had to order it myself. Only after I expressed my frustration did he bring the cappuccino to me. However, I was then charged 20,000 COP as a tip without my consent. This is outrageous, especially considering the cappuccino itself costs only 10,000 COP. Charging a tip that is more than double the cost of the item ordered is unacceptable. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. There are better options in the surrounding area that offer superior service at more reasonable prices.
