Chambre confortable mais petite pour un 4*. Peu ou pas de rangements. Absence de bouilloire . Personnel parfois en sous effectif pour enregistrer les clients arrivants.

The bedroom layout and the breakfast.

Bad experience for us: We were robbed during check-out, and the hotel’s response felt short, even though reviewing footage from at least one of the many security cameras could have helped us. In addition, our first two nights were difficult due to noisy neighbors in the adjacent room and the hotel’s failure to intervene. In conclusion, the stay could still have been positive, despite the first two nights, thanks to a pleasant room and a good breakfast, but the theft really put a damper on things. Our belongings are, of course, our responsibility and not the hotel’s, but when a theft occurs within the building itself, real assistance could be provided and would be greatly appreciated.
