Our stay at Paradise Bay was absolutely perfect. It was such a treat to escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in a peaceful, serene, and beautiful setting. Our kids loved everything about it—the wild chickens, the snorkel gear, the stand-up paddle boarding, and just exploring the area. Everything about the resort exceeded our expectations, from the stunning views to the relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Paradise Bay to anyone looking for a calm, family-friendly, and truly beautiful retreat.

Great location, free kayak rental, free yoga classes

Sometimes the banana bread was served warm, sometimes cold. It tasted way better when it was warm. Quite pricy given the standard of the rooms. Plus the extra charges for parking etc.

Die Lage ist ein Träumchen, der Ausblick auf die Bucht von der Veranda ist nicht zu toppen, das Personal ist immer da und supernett.

El lugar es muy bonito, la habitación está bien.

No hacen las camas, si quieres la cama hecha debe hacerla uno mismo. Las papeleras tampoco las vacían. Por el precio de la habitación este servicio debiera estar incluido. Además la habitación de arriba eran las 12 de la noche y estaban de fiesta y molestando sin que nadie les dijera nada.

The property was beautiful and the staff was so nice and willing to help. I only have two complaints from my stay at Paradise Bay Resort. (1) The hotel never seemed to have any clean beach towels. I tried to trade in my beach towel twice for a clean towel and both times I was told that there were no clean towels available and that I would need to return to the front desk at a later time for one. It felt a little crazy to not have enough beach towels to accommodate all the guests at the hotel, especially since water activities are a huge part of the draw to visit Hawaii. (2) Coffee was only available in the lobby until 9 AM. It would have been nice to see coffee available until 10 or 11 AM so there were more opportunities to get two cups of coffee in the morning. Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel that felt very comfortable and clean.
