The staff was nice.

It was filthy and run down! Nothing at all like the pictures! Our bed had sand and hair in it, had very obviously not gotten clean bedding since last guest. Do not waste your money here! The air-conditioning smells like mold and is right by the bed level to your face. They have room deodorizer plugged in all over and the scent was way overwhelming. We stayed one night after we changed our own bedding, only because it was too late to drive anywhere else. We checked out early the next morning (did not stay for our second reserved night) and a couple behind us did they same thing. The pool chairs are falling apart, and the beach is a 10 minute drive, not close as advertised. This is a dirty, run down establishment.

Apartament był duży. Składał się z pokoju dziennego z aneksem kuchennym, łazienki oraz sypialni. Z pokoju dziennego oraz sypialni wyjście na bardzo duży taras. W sypialni przestronna szafa. Na tarasie sofa ze stolikiem oraz drugi stolik z taboretami. Obiekt świetny na relaks. Rano zajęcia z jogi. Basen zewnętrzny, jacuzzi, dwa grille.

Dosyć trudne dojście do apartamentu. Strome zejście a następnie podejście schodami. Z ciężkimi walizami jest to problem. Trochę problemów z czystością.

Sehr schön angelegte Anlage, gut gelegen. Zimmer sehr groß, ansprechend eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gab es Bananenbrot, Obst und Kaffee ohne Aufpreis. Morgendliches Yoga und Kanufahren wurden kostenlos angeboten. Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen für kleines Geld zum selbst waschen und trocken zur Verfügung.

The rooms are a little tired, but the view off our lanai couldn't be beat! Fantastic location, together with friendly staff, and delicious banana bread in the mornings, make this a great option for those seeking a vacation on the windward side.

There was a strange smell in our room. There is a stove top in the room and we suspect that a prior guest had cooked fish or something with fish oil but the smell lingered and was pretty intense in the kitchen area. We tried our best to air out the room which was only somewhat successful. This is in a residential and somewhat remote location and not within walking distance of cafes or restaurants. Probably best to have a rental car if staying here but can get uber/uber eats if needed.

Widok z tarasu rozwala na łopatki. Pokój bardzo komfortowy, dobrze się tam czuliśmy. Jest możliwość skorzystania z bezpłatnych kajaków na 1,5h. Rezerwacja dopiero przy zameldowaniu, wcześniej się nie da. Parking zawsze był dostępny. Rano można poczęstować się chlebkiem i kawą przy recepcji oraz napełnić butelki wodą. Basen i jacuzzi są dość długo otwarte, więc przyjemnie skorzystać z tych udogodnień wieczorem.

Mieliśmy wypadek na kajaku, po dostaniu się do portu i skontaktowaniu się z recepcją okazało się, że hotel nie jest nam w stanie zapewnić transportu. Straciliśmy telefony i gotówkę, byliśmy tylko w strojach kąpielowych. Wróciliśmy tylko dzięki życzliwości lokalnych ludzi. Warto byłoby zadbać o swoich gości.

Furniture was a bit worn - the couch was challenging as the cushions flew off when you sat down

My husband and I recently stayed at Paradise Bay. Over all it was a nice stay and we would do it again because of the great location of this property however it does have some shortcomings. The hotel rooms don't necessarily look like the pictures on line, they are showing their age. Also, remember you are in a tropical setting, so expect to see a roach or two or three. (The staff sprayed when we brought this to their attention.) Having said that, the location and staff are great. It's worth the shortcomings I outlined above.

Location, seclusion, tranquil, beautiful scenery, not crowded. Breakfast was good. Live ukulele player from 4-7 pm.

Limited parking, small bathrooms, walls were thin and conversations could be heard in the next room. Limited coffee pods in room and had to pay for extra coffee.
