Clean room

Very clean rooms in a nice area with stores around. Down the road from knots berry farm and staff was very nice.

The room was okay but the front deck guy was a dick

This family-owned motel was cleaner than even most top rated hotel chains I've been to. The owners take exceptional pride in maintaining all aspects of the premises, and a leaf blower is even used daily. I had no hesitation soaking in the tub and ever inch of the linens was spotless. I cannot recommend this place enough due to the attention and care Rick and Freni put into making guest satisfaction. I felt incredibly safe here as a solo female traveler and could even chat on my phone at night in my car with no concern. Even in a first floor room, it was very quiet and I never smelled cigarette smoke.

Staff is super friendly, parking is easy and free. Rooms are always clean.

The staff here is great, they know me by name and I never give them any trouble (at least I hope I don't!) Rooms are 95% of the time clean as hell! This time there was some dirt and dust in the AC unit grill and my girlfriend did a once over deep clean of the room for about 3 hours and then she was satisfied. Definitely cleaner on the way out then in. That's just this one time, all 8 prior experiences with my rooms before were 10 out of 10!

I like everything about this property. The room very clean no smell, the manager Rick really nice,and the parking is easy.
