futuristische Bauweise - die Lage in den Weingärten

der Krötenteich ( Froschteich ) direkt unter dem Fenster- Balkon - Lärmbelästigung- leider 😴 der Lieferanteneingang und der damit verbundene Lärm bereits um 6.00 morgens

Leider war mein Aufenthalt vom Service her enttäuschend. In der Outdoor-Lounge saß ich über 40 Minuten, ohne dass mich jemand nach einem Getränk oder einer Speise gefragt hätte – ich musste schließlich selbst an die Bar gehen. Das entspricht nicht dem Serviceniveau, das ich von einem 4-Sterne-Haus erwarte. Beim Frühstück wurden alle Gäste um 10:15 Uhr einzeln darüber informiert, dass das Buffet um 10:30 Uhr abgeräumt wird – obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch sämtliche Tische innen und außen besetzt waren. Das habe ich so noch nie erlebt, besonders an einem Sonntag ist das unangemessen. Zudem schmeckte das abgefüllte Wasser sehr eigenartig – hier wären handelsübliche Flaschen die bessere Wahl. Der Hundeaufpreis von 30 € pro Tag ist für mein Empfinden übertrieben, zumal weder Bett noch Napf genutzt wurden. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich allenfalls für 1–2 Nächte. Am Service ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben.
