Clean, comfortable and cosy rooms. After the renovation this hotel became a luxury place. I hope I'll visit it again. Strong WiFi signal. One more time thank you for including in menu vegan/fasting option for the breakfast - it shows that you really care about all types of guests. Keep it up!

Meal was good. The restaurant appeared to be modern and so 30 years ahead of the rest of the hotel

Room tired. Bathroom poor. Doors dirty and in poor condition. Water strange colour. Bed uncomfortable

"Very nice, friendly, clean and good location"

Very friendly staff, assisted us navigate Serbian services and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Nothing really - block out curtains would help the 4.30 am sunshine but wore eye patches from the airline which worked.
