Spa staff and services could be further improved - cost point versus what you get isn't aligned on quality versus other spas i have attended I messaged pre arrival in booking.com re transport and could i see programme nobody responded As i booked without a detox etc package i felt that I was treated differently at times. Think the onboarding needs to be better explained and shouldn't happen only when you get to reception

The beautiful staff are what truly make this resort special. The warmth, kindness, and genuine nature of the Thai people made this stay unforgettable. From the kitchen team to the spa, every staff member was exceptional and took outstanding care of the guests. I would also like to sincerely thank Jee, the Hotel Manager, for handling my concerns with care and professionalism. Although I initially struggled with the detox program and colon therapy, the staff supported me incredibly well, ensuring I had everything I needed to manage the discomfort. The resort also offers one of the best Pilates instructors I’ve experienced, and I thoroughly enjoyed the classes, though they are on the expensive side.

The facilities were excellent; however, the renovations taking place during my stay did impact the experience. This was an oversight that could have been better managed, as noise during treatments was disruptive and access to the gym was occasionally limited. That said, I appreciate the efforts of the resort management, who handled the situation as well as possible and provided compensation to guests. Despite this, I would definitely return in the future.

The hotel complex was well-maintained, clean and green. We also liked our room, the pool and the comfortable sunbeds.

Reserving via the Booking app one must be aware that mainly accommodation and breakfast are included. The group yoga and reformer classes are charged additionally (700 THB per person per hour). Other classes such as breathwork are considerably pricier. Having said that, in comparison to other hotels in a similar or even lower price range, that offer tons of high-quality group classes free of charge for their hotel guests, we were quite disappointed by the additional charges. In total, this was the stay with the worst price-performance ratios of our Thailand trip.
