Very convenient with just few minutes walking distance from Sapporo Station and less than 15 minutes walk to Susukino and Odori areas. Hotel is clean and comfortable and served with decent good breakfast. Staff is very helpful and can store luggage without charge after checking out. Will stay again for the next trip.

Room area is very small, with almost no windows, hotel service similar to youth hostels，But the price is seriously high. The hotel entrance is very small, and the front desk is right next to the breakfast area, which is also very small.
