Boa localização. Pequeno-almoço razoável. Excelente limpeza.
O quarto que me atribuíram ficou em cima das obras. Horrível o barulho. Após queixa e pedido, mudaram-me de quarto… Penso que poderiam ter prestado um melhor serviço na atribuição de quartos, tendo em conta as obras; o hotel não estava cheio… Péssimo isolamento acústico.

Sijainti on hyvä, keskustaan voi kävellä. Auton saa parkkiin parkkihalliin. Huone vähän kulunut, mutta ihan ok kuitenkin.
Vieressä on työmaa, mistä arkena välillä kovat äänet. Altaassa kylmää vettä.

A casa de banho parecia muito antiga, a banheira parecia mais velha que o quarto. O quarto em relação a limpeza podia estar melhor. A simpatia de alguns funcionários também deixava muito a desejar, perguntamos se podíamos ter outra garrafa de água e disseram que era só a que tínhamos tido direito no primeiro dia, mas o preço é o mesmo para todos os dias ..

Clean, big renovated rooms but are rooms which didn't get renovation yet, good position, good price, the reception was fine, breakfast very good .
Not all rooms are renovated yet, noisy because of the neighbors which are building or renovating a hotel. Very disappointed about booking because of a question and request to customer support about the reservation, with Genius level 3 and priority and they didn't answer yet not even after the 3rd message. ☹️
