Green Garden Resort

We loved everything. Near bus station, easy travel to Venice.

Alles kostet zusätzlich. Wenn etwas anders ist als es auf Booking steht, ist einfach die übersetzung falsch. Keine empfehlung.

AJ von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (hat uns ein wunderbares Restaurant in Venedig reserviert, als große Gruppe nicht so einfach) Der Garten und Sportanlagen sind super, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es war zumindest im Erdgeschoß sehr ruhig

Das Frühstück war qualitativ ok (Buffet), das Servicepersonal wirkte jedoch sehr genervt und hat uns den Eindruck vermittelt, dass italienisch sprechende Gäste bevorzugt und um Welten freundlicher behandelt werden Außerdem gab es Verwirrung - bei check in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir kein Frühstück inkludiert hatten (via booking gebucht dh auch für Gym etc mussten wir separat bezahlen) und haben das Frühstück daher ausgelassen. Am zweiten Morgen standen wir plötzlich doch auf der Liste für das Frühstück.

The hotel is clean. The lady at the front desk was helpful. Getting there was a challenge.

The directions are not clear. We suggest to the lady from front desk to let her company make the directions more clear. We call in advance to let them know we will be late. The lady assured us that even nobody will be there she will live an envelope with directions and a key. We hot to the resort around 10 pm. We end up at the back gate that apparently was not the main entrance. That was the entrance according to the addresses for the directions. We were tired and upset. Nobody pick up the phone. I called Booking customer service and explained the situation we were in. Aboutv30 minutes later we got message from the resort staff stating that we have to go around to the front gate. What we got there a young man who was also staying at the same resort helped us because they have a sport complecs as well and we end up again in front of the locked doors. He told us that he had an issue as well. So over all the hotel is nice and clean. But they need to clear the directions. This way the frustration will be avoided.
