The Tree of Life Resort & Spa, Jaipur

Nice property with beautiful greenery. We enjoyed yoga session in the morning and the pool was quite nice

Payment was challenging. 10 days before the arrival I received a message I had to make the payment to the hotel website within 24 hours not to lose the booking. I did it in a rush. Three days later I received the same message... and when I arrived at the hotel I was asked to provide proof of payment. I am not the only one, other guest have had the same experience. Facilities are not great - gym was under maintenance. Could not get the Wifi to work. Room phone did not work. Old TV, with only local channels. No bar, no drinking place, just a restaurant. Descent food in the evening but the breakfast buffet is really poor. The room style is a bit oldish. In general the property would need some work. Overall given the amount we paid, I would have expected something really, really much nicer

hard drinks were not avlb. Will request resort authorities to apply for licence soon.2. The restaurant needs to expand quite a bit with addition of items in breakfast so as to make it look like a self sufficient and lavish layout and menu considering the standards expected from the resort.

Away from the hustle and noise of Jaipur, closer to nature. Independent cottages afford privacy

Approach to the property esp the last 500mtrs is very bad. The property needs a refurbish as the amenities etc have become jaded

Very peaceful and relaxing stay

Beautiful green resort with peace and tranquility, lovely to see peacocks walking around. Rooms are grand, very spacious and well maintained. Service is very friendly, enjoyed our meals.

All was fantastic at the resoirt. The last stretch connecting to the resort is a muddy path so need to drive carefully. Also it may help to have the resort signanges along the route once we turn from the highway.

The ambience of the property is good.

You feel UNWELCOME at the Resort. No signage to guide guests in the approach road.BREAKFAST IS PATHETIC. Why can you not have a Buffet?
