Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita

In passato ho già soggiornato in questa struttura e ne avevo un ricordo davvero positivo. Purtroppo, a distanza di tre anni, ho notato un netto peggioramento. L’hotel appare meno curato rispetto a prima, ma ciò che mi ha colpito negativamente è stato soprattutto il servizio di accoglienza. Ritengo che l’ospitalità sia il punto fondamentale di una struttura, e in questo caso è risultata decisamente deludente. La receptionist si è dimostrata poco gentile, per nulla disponibile e con un atteggiamento poco professionale. È un vero peccato, perché questo aspetto ha compromesso completamente l’esperienza, al punto da non farci considerare un futuro ritorno. Desidero comunque sottolineare che le stanze sono spaziose e pulite.

A wonderful location — 7–8 minutes walk from the Hotel to railway station. Just 25 minutes to Milan and half an hour to Lake Como. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and responsive. There is a wide variety of dishes for breakfast. Special thanks to Linda and Andrea for the service and delicious food with a true taste of Italy. We also appreciated the reception service (especially Katerina) and everyone’s friendly, helpful smiles. We felt at home, calm, and safe at the hotel. Guests from Latvia

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel, très beau et confortable. Super petit déjeuner. Petit inconvénient c’est que l’hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle donc il est préférable de venir en voiture. Sinon les distances sont très grandes par rapport à la gare et au restauration.
