I never actually stayed at the property, it was booked for a ball tournament that was cancelled last second. Hotel would not entertain requests from me or Expedia for a refund or to change dates (with no refund, even offered to pay a upcharge) simply said you’re out of luck. The manager was unavailable and would not return calls even when promised. I assume that was because of the overwhelming number of cancellations. However, I would expect better from Howard Johnson’s. There are many other better choices in every city.

The bed pillows did not have a fresh smell to them. Property is being updated, but is generally shabby.

Old and kinda smelly cigarettes and the blanket are hole of cigarettes, not really satisfying just so so ok for one night coz I have to stay that area

Breakfast was a disaster since Saturday it took twenty minutes to have done actually find time to refill the food area. There was no one at the front desk where a clients waited for anyone to appear. The expectation to have breakfast before 10 am de as alone was failing the designate time s. No food available since the desk person appear to say he was sorry but was cleaning rooms and had no one else available until after 9 am. The photo of the lobby shows clean clear area . Office ladies room had no towels for the two mornings we stayed. The floor in our room 24 was broken at foot of bed. The floor outside of the bathroom was broken . The room itself smelled and felt damp. Bad place to stay and needs updating immediate. You should pay people to stay there. If this is your company’s idea of a hotel you need to send someone to actually inspect it.

Smelly water, we couldn’t drink and minimized showers. Toilet kept loosing water, so hard to sleep with the noise. Toilet doesn’t drain well. Room too small, so slept in contact with the AC…

The breakfast was good.
