The romm and hotel were very nice.

We checked in on a Thursday and were told they only clean rooms every other day and if we needed towels or something to come to the front desk, no problem. We checked out on Sunday our room was never cleaned, in fact on Saturday there were piles of linen in the hallway as late as 6:00 pm.

Convenient location, free breakfast, large room

Good location, clean and up to date.

Sheets were not very soft otherwise no complaints.

I would give this hotel a 0/5 rating and strongly advise against staying here. We booked this hotel for my daughter’s softball tournament and arrived late on a Friday night. The front desk was pleasant but advised us to park in the back parking lot. On Sunday morning, another guest informed us of car break-ins, and we discovered that over 13 vehicles, including ours, had broken windows and stolen items. The hotel did not notify guests but had an employee cleaning up the glass. The front desk staff remained indifferent, stating they weren't responsible and that there were signs posted. They admitted that these incidents have been occurring frequently, and there are no cameras in the back parking lot. The police arrived almost two hours after we reported the incident, collected our information, and did little else. I believe the hotel is unsafe and suspect a connection to these repeated break-ins.

Room was fine. My car got broken into along with everyone else’s in the parking lot (according to the police this is extremely common at this specific hotel). It simply doesn’t feel safe for what it costs per night.

We had a nice spacious room with two queen beds and a separate living area with a study desk. The air conditioner was a bit loud but a cold front came through, so we didn’t need it.
